AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

No automotive experience is required. Previous customer service experience is also not required. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you learn the role and succeed.

This is a full-time, hands-on customer service position—not a traditional desk job. You'll work directly with customers, learn about automotive services, and help people find solutions for their vehicle needs.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an important part of the customer experience. You'll help customers understand our services, answer questions, and make sure they receive professional and friendly service.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude

• Answer customer questions and provide information about our services

• Educate customers about windshield repair and auto glass services

• Assist customers with insurance claim information and documentation

• Identify vehicle damage and understand customer needs

• Explain and recommend appropriate services, including window tint, hail damage repair, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass service

• Maintain accurate customer records and information

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Address customer questions and concerns professionally

• Provide a positive customer experience from start to finish

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
