What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers by phone while providing exceptional service and support.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer service calls
- Assist with account setup and maintenance
- Process payments and account transactions
- Resolve customer concerns and questions
- Explain account information and policies
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Meet quality and performance standards
Paid Training
- Paid Training (4–6 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Regular Schedule After Training: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
- Occasional Saturdays required, with a scheduled weekday off
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Customer service or call center experience (0–1+ years welcome)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures

Work Environment
- Professional call center environment
