Axia Care Center is actively hiring strong, dependable Housekeeping Aides who take pride in delivering high-level cleanliness in a healthcare environment.
This is not a basic cleaning role. Our housekeeping team plays a direct role in infection control, patient safety, and overall facility standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• Individuals who work hard, move with urgency, and pay attention to detail
• Prior nursing home or healthcare housekeeping experience strongly preferred
• Candidates who understand that cleanliness in this setting is critical, not optional
• Must be reliable, punctual, and accountable
Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, write, and speak)
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Core Responsibilities:
• Maintain clean, sanitary resident rooms and common areas
• Follow strict infection control and cleaning protocols
• Complete assignments thoroughly and on schedule
• Report issues immediately and maintain safety standards
