Must be able to perform assigned duties to provide accurate, timely food service that meets residents' needs and complies with state, federal, and local requirements.
Maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner.
Follow menus and prepare food and beverages.
Proper hygiene and follow sanitation procedures.
Must have experience as a dietary aide and have worked in long-term care to be considered.
