The Impact You'll Make
As a Ford Certified Technician, your expertise ensures that everything from rugged trucks (F-150) to electric vehicles (Mustang Mach-E) runs at peak performance and safety. You will deliver transparent, top-tier automotive service to the local community.
What You'll Do
  • Diagnose & Repair: Utilize factory tools, technology, and service bulletins to fix complex mechanical issues.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform high-precision oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
  • Multi-Point Inspections: Provide clear, honest recommendations to service advisors and customers .
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with evolving Ford vehicle technology.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician .
  • Certifications: Ford Certification not required but preferred; Senior Master Technician status preferred.
    • System Knowledge: Strong understanding of EcoBoost engines, hybrid/electric drivetrains, and advanced driver-assist systems.
    • We also work on plenty of old school Fords, so knowledge of those vehicles will be needed.
    • Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

      Requirements
