Seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and results-driven Executive Director to lead our assisted living community. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior living leader to oversee operations, inspire staff, and ensure the highest quality of care and service for our residents.

Position Summary

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and financial performance of the community. This role ensures regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and sustainable growth while upholding the mission and values of Castle Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the community

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations

  • Foster a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care

  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing management and caregiving team

  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and occupancy goals

  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, referral sources, and community partners

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure exceptional customer service

  • Represent the community professionally in the local market and broader senior living network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred)

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of senior leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, healthcare, or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and operational management

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and occupancy goals

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • NYS Assisted Living Administrator certification (or ability to obtain) preferred
