What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and support daily production activities to ensure production goals are achieved
  • Provide hands-on assistance to associates as needed throughout the shift
  • Train and mentor new employees on safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
  • Assist with production setup and teardown activities
  • Perform quality audits and inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
  • Complete inspection documentation and quality records accurately
  • Ensure nonconforming materials are handled according to established procedures
  • Promote and enforce safety standards, workplace policies, and company procedures
  • Monitor housekeeping standards and maintain an organized work environment
  • Serve as a communication link between production associates and supervisors
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills
  • Familiarity with quality systems and manufacturing processes
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience
  • Experience performing quality inspections and audits
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 14001 requirements
  • Blueprint reading experience is a plus
