Lead the backbone of surgical excellence. We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Sterile Processing to oversee a critical department in Asheville, NC—where precision, safety, and efficiency ensure every procedure runs flawlessly.
Salary: Up to $170,000 annually (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all sterile processing operations, including decontamination, sterilization, and instrument distribution
Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop sterile processing teams
Drive process improvements, quality initiatives, and operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
Proven leadership experience in sterile processing or perioperative services
Strong knowledge of sterilization standards, equipment, and best practices
Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., The Joint Commission)
CRCST or related certification preferred
