???? Certification Required – No Exceptions ????
Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required.
Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

???? Your Responsibilities
???? Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads
???? Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
???? Support and guide caregivers in the field
???? Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding)
???? Perform light housekeeping and laundry
????️ Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
???? Provide medication reminders and documentation
???? Offer companionship and emotional support
???? Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs
???? What You’ll Need
'14; Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions)
'14; At least 1 year of caregiving experience
'14; Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
'14; Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
'14; Strong communication and leadership skills
'14; Compassion, reliability, and professionalism
