We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to support the daily operations and cleanliness of a residential property. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and amenities
- Perform light landscaping and exterior upkeep
- Clean and organize indoor and outdoor furniture and spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and pool areas
- Assist with basic property maintenance and daily upkeep tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior janitorial, custodial, or porter experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
