We are seeking a dedicated Med Technician to assist our residents with daily living tasks and ensure their overall well-being. As a Med Technician, you will be responsible for medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping. You will also be expected to follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living tasks, including medication management, grooming, and incontinence care
Provide food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping services
Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, including common areas and resident rooms
Perform light housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the healthcare team
Collaborate with other team members to ensure resident care is provided in a respectful and compassionate manner
Requirements:
Preferred CNA/Active License
BLS/CPR Certificate
TB
MMR
High school diploma or equivalency required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous Med Passer experience required
Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
