We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN) to join our team at Mission Pines Nursing & Rehab Center in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Responsibilities:
Supervise and develop a team of licensed nurses and nurse aides to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve patient care, satisfaction, and quality of life.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning among nursing staff.
Develop and manage the nursing budget, including inventory management and staffing schedules.
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Nevada.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting, with 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
