We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused, full-time General Dentist to join our team at our established and thriving dental practice, Family Dentistry of Mt. Pleasant in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee.


This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a full-time position with a supportive clinical team, modern technology, and an established patient base.


Schedule

  • 4 clinical days per week

Compensation

  • Production based compensation
  • Compensation is negotiable for the right candidate

What You'll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a well-established practice
  • Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based clinical protocols
  • Perform restorative, crown and bridge, emergency, and preventative procedures
  • Collaborate with an experienced hygiene team to promote exceptional periodontal health
  • Build trust with patients while maintaining high standards of clinical care and customer service
  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a dentist who is clinically confident, efficient, and committed to providing outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Strong experience in comprehensive general dentistry
  • A strong understanding of periodontal diagnosis and treatment, with a commitment to building and maintaining a healthy hygiene/perio culture
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Ability to integrate quickly into an established clinical team
