What will you be doing in your role?
Mission Site Onboarding Trainings
- Facilitate training with leadership & frontline staff, including coordination, scheduling, preparation, session-specific deck finalization, and deliverance
- Review training materials and identify opportunities for improvement and/or experience enhancement.
- Represent Padua National on-site for relevant training needs.
Continuous Improvement and Ongoing Support
- Solicit feedback from Mission Sites, Clients, and other relevant stakeholders to continuously enhance the delivery of Padua services.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the Curriculum and Systems Manager to integrate feedback into the Padua curriculum and relevant systems.
- Support Padua National Director in peer learning efforts with other organizations replicating evidence-based programs designed to reduce poverty.
Learning Community Organization
Coordinate with external teams to support ongoing learning and maximize training and support materials.
Build a network and culture of support and collaboration across Padua Mission Sites.
Observe Mission Sites operations to ensure activities are aligned with Padua standards, identifying training needs or gaps.
Are you the next Padua National Training Manager?
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or staff development, preferably within social services or healthcare.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, client engagement strategies, and social work best practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with curriculum development and adult learning principles is highly desirable.
Proficient in maintaining training records and evaluating training effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to support staff in high-stress or crisis situations.
Frequent travel required.

- Full-time position with a starting salary of $65,000. Final offer is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
