What You'll Do

As a server at NZone Too Sports Lounge, you’ll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Taking accurate orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Sharing menu knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including your section and service areas.
• Collaborating with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
• Handling guest concerns with professionalism and ensuring satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about hospitality and have the experience to thrive in a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience as a server or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
