St Anthony Park Home is seeking an RN Director of Nursing for our skilled nursing and long term care community in St. Paul.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will run the nursing department and stay close enough to the floor to know your residents and your staff.
You will:
Oversee nursing operations, clinical quality, and compliance
Manage staffing and scheduling
Supervise and support your nurses and CNAs
Work directly with the administrator on survey readiness
