Job Description
We are seeking respectful, professional, and reliable individuals to join our team as Support on Sight Care Providers supporting independent living communities in the Philadelphia West area.
About the RoleThis is not your typical caregiving position.
As a Support on Sight Caregiver, you will deliver brief, focused care visits (7–15 minutes each) to multiple residents throughout your shift. You’ll provide light assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while conducting wellness checks in a community setting. This role is designed for efficient, structured support rather than extended one-on-one caregiving.
Shift Options6-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts available
Flexible scheduling to fit your needs
Conduct brief, but meaningful care visits across multiple residents per shift
Provide assistance with ADLs (mobility support, grooming reminders, toileting, etc.)
Observe and report changes in resident's condition
Maintain professionalism, respect, and dignity in every interaction
Work comfortably in a community-based environment
Preferred: Current CNA certification (or equivalent experience)
Experience working in a community setting with multiple short visits
Strong time management and interpersonal skills
Professional, compassionate, and respectful demeanor
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Choice of 6-hour or 12-hour shifts
