Per Diem Nursing Supervisor RN

AristaCare at Manchester is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to join our team in Manchester Township, NJ. Prior nursing home experience is required for the Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor position.

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor Duties

• Supervise and support nursing staff across the facility during the shift

• Oversee resident care and ensure quality clinical standards are met

• Serve as the clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families

• Coordinate staffing, assignments, and shift coverage

• Respond to and manage clinical situations as they arise

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Nursing supervisor experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
