This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.

- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized support.
- Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries related to coverage options, policy updates, billing, claims, and more.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote additional products and increase business growth.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide insurance solutions through value-driven conversations.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to daily success.
- Assist with policy reviews, cross-selling opportunities, and customer retention efforts.

- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Bilingual - Haitian Creole preferred
- 4-40 Customer Representative License OR 2-20 General Lines License, Property and Casualty (must be able to obtain)
- 2-15 Life and Health License (must be able to obtain)
