Position Summary:
The Regional Education Coach supports multiple Primrose School locations by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality early childhood education. This role partners with school leadership and teaching staff to implement curriculum, drive instructional excellence, and maintain compliance with Primrose standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to teachers and school leadership across assigned locations
- Ensure effective implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices
- Support schools in maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and company standards
- Assist with onboarding and professional development of new teachers
- Analyze school performance data and create action plans to improve educational outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance classroom environments and student engagement
- Travel between assigned school locations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education
- Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation and classroom management strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
