Concession Stand Worker

The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized concession area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve food and beverages, including snacks, drinks, and quick meals.

· Operate a cash register and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.

· Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including counters, utensils, and equipment.

· Ensure inventory is stocked and replenish supplies as needed.

· Follow food safety regulations and health guidelines.

· Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and securing the concession area.

· Provide prompt and friendly customer service to all rink patrons.

· Assist with event setup and breakdown if required.

Qualifications:

· Experience in food service or retail is preferred.

· Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of food safety practices.

· Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
