We are currently seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Help residents maintain their independence while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
Assist with meal service, hydration, and daily routines.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide companionship and emotional support.
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to provide exceptional care.

A compassionate, patient, and dependable individual with a heart for serving others.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to provide physical assistance with resident care.
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
