Responsibilities
The Branch Services Temp is responsible for supporting Branch Administration with designated assignments and branch operations for compliance with policies and procedures. This is a temporary position that does not offer any benefits and is expected to last up to six months.
Essential Duties:
- Assist the Branch Administration team in ensuring compliance with Branch operations policies and procedures, to include requesting of branch signature card files.
- Project requires tracking requests to and from branches to ensure continued flow of work.
- Duties include the examination, organization, scanning and tracking of documents once received from branches.
- Perform verification of scanned files.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Education/Training:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bank product and service knowledge preferred.
- Valid Drivers’ License required for local travel and between branch locations.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Skills:
- Proficient analytical and organizational skills; strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- PC proficiency especially in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as scanning and imaging
- Proven ability to work well independently.
Experience:
- Prior employment in a financial related environment or customer-oriented business preferred.
