Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Part-time, Monday & Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM through November

The Lee Group is looking for Landscaping General Laborers to support one of our valued clients in Hampton, VA. This seasonal position focuses on maintaining the grounds of a designated job site. Candidates will assist with general landscaping duties, operate basic equipment, and help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities of Landscaping General Laborers
- Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, and clearing outdoor areas.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as weed eaters and other powered tools.
- Use manual tools including rakes, shovels, and hedge clippers.
- Remove debris, leaves, and other materials to keep the site clean and presentable.
- Assist with general groundskeeping and upkeep as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications of Landscaping General Laborers
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete a background check.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements of Landscaping General Laborers
- Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and light rain.
- This role requires continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Must be able to safely operate landscaping equipment and use manual tools.
Additional Requirements
- Must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes at all times while on the job site.
