• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing service
• Track sales activity, production, and performance results
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members
• Coach team members on sales activity, customer service, and business development
• Support daily agency operations and administrative processes
• Monitor agency goals and implement strategies to improve performance
• Build professional relationships within the local community

Sales, business development, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence results

Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (Guidance provided)
