Responsibilities:
Provide trusted and compassionate care focusing on client's unique needs
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, personal care, ambulation, transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Monitor and report changes in client condition and maintain accurate records of services provided
Collaborate with office team to ensure comprehensive care
Ensure client's rights and confidentiality
