We are currently working with an established, family-owned concrete construction company seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their leadership team. Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and custom concrete projects and is looking for an experienced operational leader to help drive efficiency, scalability, and continued success.What's the role?The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations, supporting project execution, and helping the organization continue to grow. This position is responsible for coordinating field and office operations, managing crews and schedules, implementing systems and processes, and ensuring projects stay on track from bidding through completion.The COO will work closely with ownership and leadership to improve efficiency, establish accountability measures, and create operational consistency across the organization.
