Job Description
Customer Success Lead | Private Markets AI
Location: New York City
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 Base | $250,000 – $300,000 OTE
─────────────────────────────────────
ABOUT THE COMPANY
─────────────────────────────────────
We build LLM-powered workflow tools purpose-built for private market investors and the consultants who advise them.
- Clients include most of the global top 10 PE and consulting firms
- 10x revenue growth in 2025
- Profitable and bootstrapped — no VC pressure, no noise
- 30+ person team across NYC, London, and Sydney
We only hire people who have genuinely done the job our customers do.
─────────────────────────────────────
THE ROLE
─────────────────────────────────────
This is not a support function.
You will manage enterprise AI deployments across thousands of users at the largest logos in private markets. You will own senior relationships at top-tier PE funds and global consultancies. You will sit directly between our customers and our product team — turning what you hear in client conversations into features that ship.
If you've ever thought "someone should fix this" about the way DD work gets done — here, you're the person who does.
─────────────────────────────────────
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
─────────────────────────────────────
Client Relationships
Own onboarding, adoption, and retention across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Primary point of contact for senior stakeholders at PE funds and global consulting firms.
Large-Scale Deployments
Plan and execute AI rollouts across organizations of 1,000+ users — change management, training, and adoption at scale.
Voice of the Customer
Sit between customers and product. Translate client conversations into a clear view of what needs to be built — and advocate for it.
Training & Enablement
Co-design and deliver training programs. You understand how consultants think — use that to make adoption stick.
Data & Retention
Use usage data and customer analytics to drive satisfaction, surface risk, and identify growth across your book.
Team & Process Building
As an early CS hire, you'll shape the playbooks, structure, and culture as the team scales around you.
─────────────────────────────────────

Required
- 2+ years in management consulting (CDD a strong plus) OR 2+ years in PE OR 3+ years in customer success, product, or data analytics at a startup or scale-up

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders from day one
- Strong ability to prioritize and execute quickly under pressure
- Rigorous, data-driven mindset; ability to write basic SQL queries
- Advanced working knowledge of LLMs and AI tools in professional workflows
- Native or highly fluent English
The Mindset We're Hiring For
- Thoughtful, informed opinions on how AI will change consulting and investment work

THE HONEST PITCH
─────────────────────────────────────
If you've come from EY-Parthenon, BCG, McKinsey, PwC, or a peer firm — and you've been thinking about where AI actually fits into the work you've spent years doing — this is a rare chance to answer that question from the inside.
We're already embedded in the largest deals in private markets. You'd be joining early, with real scope, real upside, and a direct line to the product our customers rely on every day.
We only hire people who have done the job our customers do.
If that's you — we want to hear from you.
