What your day looks like

You clock in, open our T3-powered dashboard, and immediately see the fleet picture: digital work orders queued up, service intervals flagged, and parts availability at a glance. You pull live data from dozens of makes and models, pinpoint root causes fast, and map out the corrective actions that keep our rental and customer machines earning. Your laptop and tablet are as essential as your wrenches—together, they help you work smarter, safer, and faster.

Core impact
  • Triage, create, assign, and monitor work orders using company technology
  • Track machine service intervals and proactively schedule maintenance
  • Order required parts and coordinate pick-up and delivery of equipment and components
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a wide range of construction equipment
  • Exercise sound independent judgment on troubleshooting and repair decisions
  • Document work thoroughly and on time—every day—in electronic work orders
  • Coach and assist less-experienced technicians
  • Apply safe work practices and, ideally, familiarity with OSHA requirements
  • Participate in year-round, company-provided OEM training and take on other duties as assigned

What you bring
  • Ownership of tools appropriate to the role
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and strong tool knowledge
  • Deep familiarity with construction equipment and the ability to read/interpret schematics and diagrams
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and written/verbal communication skills
Education & experience
  • High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred
  • Background in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
Physical demands & safety
  • Able to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
