Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Paraprofessional to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing direct behavioral support and educational assistance to children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will work closely with licensed behavior analysts, educators, and families to implement individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and promote meaningful progress in clients' developmental and behavioral goals. Responsibilities

• 1:1 Paraprofessional for a high school student who is non-verbal and wheelchair bound. He does not need an LNA, we would train to do lifts, etc.

Experience

• Prior experience working directly with children in educational or behavioral health settings is highly preferred
