Job Description:Own and advance digital marketing capabilities across CRM/CDP, consumer analytics, digital engagement, and third-party platforms while bridging the needs of Marketing and IT.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own digital marketing initiatives spanning CRM/CDP, analytics, consumer engagement, and third-party listing platforms.
  • Analyze consumer behavior across websites, CRM, email, text, and other digital touchpoints to identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and evolve dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights using marketing and customer data.
  • Partner with Marketing and IT stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, tracking needs, and technology enhancements.
  • Connect website, CRM, and analytics data to develop a more complete view of the consumer journey.
  • Improve CRM communication strategies, including email engagement, multi-step journeys, text capabilities, lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Identify underperforming consumer communications and recommend improvements based on engagement data.
  • Support the evolution and implementation of CRM/CDP capabilities and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Manage and optimize analytics tools and field-facing dashboards in partnership with technical teams and vendors.
  • Translate consumer data and technical capabilities into practical marketing recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, requirements, timelines, testing, troubleshooting, adoption, and training.
  • Support optimization of third-party listing platforms and use engagement/conversion data to evaluate performance.
  • Evaluate and pilot new marketing technologies, platforms, and digital capabilities as business needs evolve.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, analytics, product management, or a related field.
  • Strong blend of marketing expertise and technical aptitude, with the ability to effectively bridge Marketing and IT teams.
  • Hands-on understanding of CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise CRM technology.
  • Experience analyzing the consumer lifecycle and translating website, CRM, and engagement data into actionable insights.
  • Experience owning or partnering closely on digital analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to analyze email and digital engagement performance and identify opportunities to improve messaging, journeys, and conversion.
  • Working knowledge of analytics platforms, CRM systems, and/or CDP technologies.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills, including requirements gathering, timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and marketing stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, or similar digital analytics platforms.
  • Experience with CDP implementation, lead scoring, personalization, segmentation, or customer journey orchestration.
  • Experience managing or optimizing third-party listing/syndication platforms.
  • Real estate, homebuilding, or similarly consumer-focused industry experience.
  • Marketing background combined with strong technical/IT capabilities.
