Location

Philadelphia, PA — On-site field service throughout the Philadelphia region, with shop work as needed.

Note:

Must have 1+ year of AC/DC motor and industrial pump experience and 1+ year of electromechanical field service experience. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is also required.

Job Description

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and rebuild AC/DC electric motors, industrial pumps, gearboxes, fans, and other rotating equipment.
  • Perform field service work at customer locations, including bearing replacement, shaft alignment, and vibration analysis.
  • Diagnose equipment issues efficiently and recommend effective repair solutions.
  • Manage your own service schedule and field calls with a proactive, dependable approach.
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and high-quality service.
  • Assemble and disassemble motors and perform related shop work during periods between field assignments.
  • Work independently while leveraging shop resources and technical support when needed.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, workmanship, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience working with AC/DC motors and industrial pumps.
  • 1+ year of electromechanical field service experience.
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting, repair, rebuilding, and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with bearing replacement, shaft alignment, and vibration analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field service calls effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and mechanically inclined.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
