About This Role
We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated educators to join our vibrant Early Education Team at World Academy, fostering a love of learning in young minds.
What You'll Do
- Working closely with your teaching team, you'll be responsible for creating a supportive classroom environment, developing and implementing curriculum, and tracking child progress.
- Maintaining open communication with colleagues and families is also essential.
Requirements
Candidate requirements:
- A strong candidate for the Associate Teacher position must have a minimum of 9 Credits in ECE, including 3 credits in Child Growth and Development. (There is an accelerated program offered by the State to help you attain this.)
- For the Lead Teacher position, we prefer candidates with an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or in a related field of study (18 Credits in ECE, including 3 credits in Child Growth and Development)
- Knowledge of NH Early Learning Standards and developmentally appropriate practices is a plus!
- Pay is based on education and years of experience in the field.
- A passion for Early Childhood Education and making a difference in a child's world
- The desire to work with a professional team of educators
