Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment plans
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with families and team members
Maintain documentation and clinical quality
Requirements
BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA or related field
2+ years of experience with children with autism
Strong knowledge of ABA principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours
