Warehouse Clerk – 2nd Shift
Position Overview
Alliance Workforce is hiring an experienced Warehouse Clerk for a busy warehouse operation in Largo! This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable operating powered industrial equipment, working with inventory, and staying productive in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Clerk, you’ll play an important role in keeping orders accurate, products moving efficiently, and the warehouse organized and safe.
Schedule & Pay
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 2:30/3:30 PM – 11:00 PM/12:00 AM
Location: Largo, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Overtime: May be required based on business needs

What You'll Do
- Accurately select products to fulfill customer orders.
- Operate a cherry picker and other Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as assigned.
- Properly stack and arrange products on pallets for order verification.
- Review and maintain warehouse paperwork, customer orders, and inventory documents.
- Assist with the movement and transfer of products throughout the warehouse.
- Work closely with Warehouse Managers, Material Handlers, Dock Unloaders, and Forklift Operators.
- Ensure products are moved and stored according to established procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Recent cherry picker, forklift, and pallet jack experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete PIT Certification Training.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and/or sitting for extended periods.
- Frequent walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot and cold warehouse conditions.
