Your missionKeep equipment safe, reliable, and efficient by combining sharp electrical diagnostics with solid mechanical know‑how. From high‑voltage motor circuits to hydraulic leaks and pneumatic valve issues, you’ll chase down root causes, restore uptime quickly, and build long‑term reliability into every fix.
How you’ll make an impact- Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics, a volt‑ohm meter, an amp meter, and an oscilloscope
- Work confidently with 480V three‑phase wiring and broader high‑voltage systems
- Diagnose, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic components, control valves, and both centrifugal and positive displacement pumps
- Operate machine tools (lathes and mills) and perform arc and Heliarc® welding for precision repairs and fabrication
- Navigate Allen‑Bradley PLC logic on conveyor and automated systems to pinpoint issues
- Jump on maintenance calls, including repairs already in progress, and drive them to completion
- Inspect equipment, create actionable repair plans, and sequence near‑term fixes with long‑range improvements
- Share your expertise by coaching entry‑level mechanics through complex work
- Support preventive maintenance routines and accurate work order tracking
- Fluent in mechanical troubleshooting and component repair
- Experienced with 120/208/240/480V systems, relay testing, and industrial electrical environments
- Comfortable reading electrical schematics and interpreting PLC logic
- Hands‑on with pneumatics and industrial electrical systems
- Allen‑Bradley PLCs
- Conveyor systems
- Volt‑ohm meters, ammeters, oscilloscopes
- Lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc® welders
- Starting pay of $37.56/hour plus shift differential, with room to grow
- 2nd and 3rd shift schedule rotating between 48‑hour and 36‑hour weeks
