Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, helping them understand their coverage options and answering their questions with care.

Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes while ensuring every detail is accurate.

Advocate for our clients when they have concerns, working closely with insurance carriers to resolve issues efficiently.

Review existing policies to identify gaps in protection and offer thoughtful recommendations to better secure our clients' assets.

Maintain organized and up-to-date client files to ensure our records reflect the latest coverage needs.

Contribute to a supportive office culture by sharing insights and helping teammates solve complex coverage challenges.

Active Property Casualty Insurance License for the state of New Mexico.

1 or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.

Strong command of agency management systems and carrier portals.

Deep knowledge of homeowners, auto, and umbrella insurance coverages.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
