Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage grill station to cook chicken and other menu items to order
- Monitor grill temperatures and ensure proper cooking times for food safety and quality
- Season, marinate, and prepare chicken and proteins prior to service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grill station throughout each shift
- Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to ensure timely food preparation
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and regulations
- Communicate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Prior experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Food handler certification is a plus
