Grain Millers in Newton, WI (just outside of Manitowoc) is the place for you! We are looking for a Sanitation Team Leader to help maintain a safe, clean, and food-safe manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll lead sanitation operations, support food safety initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with sanitation, pest control, and safety programs.Who you are.You are a hands-on leader who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and leads by example. You enjoy developing others, staying organized, and finding solutions to challenges.
