As the HR & Recruiting Specialist, you would be owning recruitment, HR administrative, and engagement efforts for the firm and operating as the firm's culture champion.

Reports to: HR & Recruiting Specialist
Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Pay: Hourly plus discretionary performance bonus
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition support
- HR Administration: benefits administration, HR compliance support, vendor management with our PEO, employee relations, leave and workers compensation administration, 401(k) administration, miscellaneous admin support
- Lead the administration of Open Enrollment for employee benefits
- Run reporting and any other data analytics as needed
- Coordinate and support our learning and development programs
- Assist in employee documentation and HRIS administration
- Leverage AI as needed for research and technical questions
- Systems administrator on all HR platforms
- Onboarding and New Hire administration support
- Offboarding administration support
- Week One Training Coordination: Organize and schedule week-one orientation and training; partner with hiring managers to ensure an organized onboarding for new hires to acclimate to the Firm; schedule 30-60-90 day check-ins with new hires to get a pulse on engagement, progress, and role alignment.
- Team Building and Culture Initiatives: Assist with team-building activities and company culture events; support initiatives that promote engagement, collaboration, and retention; contribute ideas and strategies that strengthen workplace culture and employee morale.
- Employee Recognition and Appreciation: Serve as the administrator of the employee appreciation platform; promote participation and facilitate user training; partner with leadership to align recognition programs with company values and strategic goals.

Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience; onboarding experience as well is a plus.
- Strong communications, organizational, and people skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in ATS and HRIS platforms, ClearCo is a bonus.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel occasionally to our other office locations when needed.
- Event planning or employee engagement experience is a plus.
