Responsibilities

Welcome every visitor to our showroom with a genuine smile and a helping hand.

Listen closely to what our neighbors are looking for in a vehicle and help them find the perfect match.

Guide customers through our inventory, answering questions about features and options with transparency.

Coordinate test drives and ensure every customer feels comfortable and informed throughout the process.

Follow up with potential buyers to see how their search is going and offer continued assistance.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to keep our showroom inviting and organized.


Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face interactions and building rapport.

Basic computer skills for navigating inventory and customer management systems.

Clear and honest communication style.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Prior experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not mandatory.
