Athenian Grill is hiring a Dishwasher for our Fayette Mall location. We're a family-owned Greek restaurant, and the dish station keeps the whole line moving — it's a real position on the team, not an afterthought.

What you'll do

• Run the dish machine and hand-wash pots, pans, and prep equipment
• Keep clean dishes, glassware, and smallwares stocked and moving back to the line
• Break down and sanitize the dish area at close
• Take out trash, break down boxes, and keep the back of house clean and safe
• Help with light prep and stocking when the dish pit is caught up

What we're looking for

• Reliable and on time — this one matters most
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Works clean and fast, especially during a rush
• Team-first attitude; willing to jump in where needed
• No experience required — we'll train you
