Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and outbound leads generated through various channels.
  • Qualify and nurture sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM software, specifically CDK/E-Leads.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
