High-Volume Staffing Recruiter

Location: Plano, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Experience: 5–8 years

Pay: DOE

Staffing Experience Required

Experience recruiting and staffing high-volume manufacturing and industrial positions, specifically:

· Mechanical Assemblers

· Electrical Wiring Technicians

· Material Handlers

· Production Workers

· Warehouse/Manufacturing Associates

Key Requirements

· 5–8 years of staffing agency recruiting experience

· Proven experience with high-volume hiring

· Ability to consistently make 10–15 hires per week

· Experience recruiting for mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, material handling, warehouse, and manufacturing positions

· Strong client/account management experience

· Direct experience communicating with hiring managers and clients

· Full-cycle recruiting experience

· Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

· Experience coordinating and reviewing background checks

· Experience with drug screens, E-Verify, I-9s, and other pre-employment requirements

· Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and changing client needs

· Strong follow-up and communication skills

· Experience using ATS systems and recruiting platforms
