Essential Job Functions

  • Organizational Ability: High attention to detail with proven multi-tasking and time-management capabilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and public presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g. ADP, IntelliCorp, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Process Optimization: Solicit feedback through new-hire surveys at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals to evaluate onboarding effectiveness and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
    Pre-Boarding & Logistics:Coordinate background checks, collect tax and employment eligibility forms (e.g., Form I-9, W-4), and collaborate with IT/Facility teams to ensure equipment and workspace readiness.
    • Manage all onboarding orientations including new hire tours, ensuring all new hires documents are signed and acknowledged.
    • Ensure all providers credentialing folders are up to date including following up on all Licenses, Certifications, and Certificates of Insurance.
    • Complete Daily Deposits for Business Office and submit documentation to CFO.
    • Coordinate with all Telehealth contacts for new provider onboarding, gather all licenses, applications, certifications and Certificates of Insurance to verify and present packet to Medical Staff.
    • Coordinate with CEO for all provider privileging.
    • Keep a log of all providers with privileges in the facility and coordinate with all providers and telehealth providers for recredentialing. Coordinate with Compliance Officer to understand and follow all credentialing processes according to the NPVMC Bylaws

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language and help with interpretation of the Spanish language when necessary.

  • Ability to deal tactfully with staff, patients, government agencies/personnel, and the

general public.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, perform overhead lifting, and perform other common physical movements as needed for the position.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Subject to frequent interruptions.
  • Communicates with the administration department or other departments when necessary .

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), along with 2+ years of dedicated experience in onboarding, customer service type role.
