Athenian Grill is a family-owned restaurant serving fresh Greek food, and our Fayette Mall location is looking for prep cooks and cooks to join the kitchen. If you take pride in clean, consistent work and can hold your own during a lunch rush, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

• Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, and sides to recipe and portion specs
• Cook and assemble menu items on the line during service
• Keep the walk-in, prep area, and line organized, labeled, and rotated
• Follow food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards on every shift
• Restock and set up your station for the next shift
• Help with dish and closing duties as needed

What we're looking for

• Reliable, on time, and ready to work
• Comfortable with knives and standard kitchen equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Available for mall hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Prep or line experience is a plus — we'll train the right person
