What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with CMS regulations

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Medicare, Medicaid, and OBRA assessments

  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, dietary, and physicians to ensure comprehensive resident care planning

  • Monitor Quality Measures and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Participate in Medicare meetings, care plan meetings, and reimbursement reviews

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting survey readiness

We're Looking For

  • A current Maryland RN License

  • MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

  • Knowledge of RAI Manual, PDPM, Medicare, Medicaid, and OBRA requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills

  • Team-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
