What You'll Do
Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with CMS regulations
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Medicare, Medicaid, and OBRA assessments
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, dietary, and physicians to ensure comprehensive resident care planning
Monitor Quality Measures and identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in Medicare meetings, care plan meetings, and reimbursement reviews
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting survey readiness
We're Looking For
A current Maryland RN License
MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Knowledge of RAI Manual, PDPM, Medicare, Medicaid, and OBRA requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
Team-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
