This is a hands-on, field-based leadership opportunity for someone who knows skilled nursing and post-acute care, understands hospital discharge planning, and knows how to turn strong relationships into referrals, admissions and census growth.

What You'll Get to DoLead market growth across multiple MA Skilled Nursing Facilities
Develop relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, social workers and payors
Work alongside Patient Care Liaisons to strengthen account strategy and referral development
Coach and mentor team members on sales strategy, conversion, follow-up and relationship development
Identify new referral opportunities and expand existing healthcare partnerships
Help solve barriers that stand between a qualified referral and an admission
Use referral and market data to identify opportunities and create targeted growth strategies
Partner with facility and regional leadership on census, skilled and Medicare growth
Maintain your own presence in the market and lead by example
You know that great healthcare business development is more than making visits.
It's knowing your market. Building trust. Understanding what your referral partners need. Following up when others don't. Being responsive when a discharge planner needs an answer. Knowing your facilities' clinical capabilities—and confidently communicating why your team is the right choice for a patient.

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have2+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute Care, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Liaison, Clinical Liaison, Admissions, Healthcare Marketing or Business Development
Proven success generating referrals, admissions and census growth
Experience developing hospital and healthcare referral relationships
Knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care, Skilled Nursing and the hospital discharge process
Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting other sales or liaison professionals
Strong territory management and account development skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A sense of urgency, strong follow-through and a solutions-focused mindset
The ability to work independently while collaborating with facility and regional teams
Experience in SNF, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, LTACH, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, Senior Care or other Post-Acute Healthcare environments is a plus.
