This is a nightshift position but will start on first shift for training .

Duties

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule and monitor grain blending and transfers
  • Set parameters, adjust settings, and monitor mill equipment to meet finished product specifications while optimizing yield and performance
  • Perform in-process product testing
  • Document key monitoring and verification activities including food safety controls
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance activities
  • When necessary, assist with wheat receiving, packaging and load out activities
  • Provide feedback to supervisor on facility and system improvement opportunities
  • Observe and report any unusual activity regarding site security
  • Perform other duties as required

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Occasional flexibility to work other shifts, weekends, or extended hours may be required to provide coverage during vacations, absences, or increased business demands

Physical Demands

  • Ability to walk, climb, bend and reach overhead frequently
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work safely from a ladder frequently
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds on occasion
  • General cleaning
  • General maintenance and repair

  • Work in a manufacturing setting with moderate noise levels
