- Respond to fire, water, and storm damage losses
- Meet with homeowners, business owners, tenants, and property managers on-site
- Assess customer needs and explain Paul Davis restoration services
- Guide customers through the next steps following a property loss
- Build trust and provide an exceptional customer experience during stressful situations
- Identify restoration opportunities and help customers confidently choose Paul Davis
- Support Emergency Response Coordinators on larger losses
- Independently respond to smaller losses from initial contact through project handoff
- Represent Paul Davis professionally within the community
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
